Flowers are expected at upscale restaurants and special home dinners but as the cost of fresh flowers climbs and their longevity shrinks, our increasingly eco-conscious world is searching for alternatives! Dried flowers are the perfect choice and we encourage you to go wild with dangling them from ceilings!

This year, visitors to the garden of Impressionist master Claude Monet in Giverny, France will discover a dried-flower field floating across the ceiling of the Museum Café! If you’re a restaurant owner or designer, what an inspired idea.
